Due to location availability, this years Cardiac Challenge is moving to Ashdown Forest, hence it'll have a Winnie the Pooh twist.
For this Challenge we're going to have different coloured medals depending on what distance you cover! So will be gold for 10 or more laps, silver for 6-9 laps and bronze for 1-5 laps. There will also be an extra surprise Winnie the Pooh addition to your medal too.
The event will be a seven hour timed challenge event. Complete as many loops as you wish within the time limit. Run one lap, a half marathon, a marathon, an ultra!
It's our aim that this event makes an impactful difference to Ashdown Forest in a positive fashion and as such £5 from each entry fee will be donated directly to the Park to aid them in maintaining this lovely environment.
Please explore the race and consider joining us!
